An existing plastics manufacturing customer asked us about the possibility of converting our ultra-high bond sheets into 290mm diameter discs. This product has been supplied to this customer in sheet form for many years and we were delighted to be able to assist in supplying these as converted discs. We were able to produce the discs by using a plotter rather than a rotary tool, which allowed less wastage between each part and the ability to supply as individual parts with a liner on both sides.
