GUIDELINES - SANDING SOLID SURFACE SUBSTRATES WITH HERMES ORBITAL SANDER
Stage 1
Remove major defects using Hermes VC154 Long-life velour multihole P120 grit discs.
Use dry with dust extraction.
Stage 2
Remove all previous sanding marks with Hermes VC154 Long-life velour multihole P180 grit discs.
Use dry with dust extraction.
Stage 3
Remove all previous sanding marks with Hermes VC154 Long-life velour multihole P240 grit discs.
Use dry with dust extraction.
Stage 4
Remove all previous sanding marks with Hermes VC154 Long-life velour multihole P320 grit discs.
Use dry with dust extraction.
Stage 5
Remove all previous sanding marks with Hermes VC154 Long-life velour multihole P500 grit discs.
Use dry with dust extraction. Clean surface.
Stage 6
Use Hermes P360 FINENET velour discs with light water spray.
Use without dust extraction.
